The industry average is 1 lead per box per week. All you have to do is place all of your lead boxes (insturctions provided) within 2-3 miles of your practice, and "farm" them once a week. From those leads, 50% will potentially come in as new patients, and about 50% of those will start some type of care in your office depending on your conversion skills and care recommendations.

Because this is a custom product, it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to ship depending on how fast you supply all of your needed practice information. 

After purchase, you will receive an e-mail to supply your practice information, logo, and an optional office photo for the creation of your custom lead box header label.  You will receive a PDF proof of the label, and they will be printed upon your approval and shipped within 5 business days.
