This original business plan was written by me and was successful in acquiring the $50,000 I needed to open my first office 6 months after graduation.
I have modified the plan to remove my old practice name. It is fully customizable in MS Word. All you have to do is use "replace" in Word.

BONUS - I have included on this CD a professionally designed layout with photos of the completed office. It is awesome! I paid $1100 for this design to accommodate 500 pv/wk in 1500 sq ft.
