What a quick year! 2011 is coming to a close and 2012 is just around the corner. Did you achieve everything that you wanted for 2011 or are you in the same place you were last year? Or worse. Did you decline?

Here are a few steps to take over the next few weeks before 2011 comes to an end:
•   Look over your stats to see where you are starting from.
•   Visualize where you want to be this time next year.
•   Have staff tell you what they would like for bonuses for the year.
•   Assign values to both the goals and bonuses.
•   Match them together.
•   Include staff in goal setting.
•   Write your goals down with deadlines.
•   Add them to your marketing calendar to correlate goals with marketing events.
•   Revisit goals weekly and monthly to guide your ship.
